One of our customers is a food processing company that is specialized in products made of soybeans. It is a private company and funded its own factory under the government call on a project of safe soybean products. With its advanced equipment (all in 304 material) and processing technique, this company could totally represent the highest standard of the food industry. In 2013, it invested CNY300 million importing equipment from Japan to raise bean sprouts.

In their workshop, all the bean seeds are raised under 130℃ in an environment without soil or agricultural chemicals. It takes 8 days from sterilizing the seed to package the bean sprouts. To be compatible with such an environment, Colson recommended a caster made of S.S. 304 rigs and all-molded nylon wheel with high strength. For the rigs processing, we pack every semi-products with foams in every step such as drawing, stamping, welding, riveting, assembling and in-transit delivering. Additionally, the rigs are polished with most advanced method, and the lubricant grease is imported from USA and compatible with food.
