One of our customers is a well-known international company in the medical industry. It worked closely with Colson sales and R&D team in the development of its ultrasound and anesthesia machines. Its medical machines are sold worldwide, so its quality requirement is much higher than the international standard.

For example, it required our 4” CPT caster function well in swivel and rotation without any sign of debonding or bending issue after running a durability test of 10 hours (or 16 kilometers) / 2 obstacles of 3.18mm under a loading rate of 100kg. In addition, all of its quality testing such as brake cycle life and brake force has to meet the standard of ISO 22882.
